Jessica received certifications in both Broadcast Media and Graphic Design from Specs Howard School of Media Arts. In the last 4 years, she has had positions in various fields within the Media Industry. Ranging from Radio Promotions, Marketing Team Photographer/Videographer, and a Media Manager for a local Design Agency.

Along with Media, Jessica has also maintained a Head Coach position for a local High School JV Softball team for the last 3 years. This has helped develop leadership skills, organization, and a motivation to work with athletes and coaches on Mindfulness. Circle activities are lead with a trauma sensitive lens and include a range of Yoga Philosophy, Asana, Dance, Meditation, Cacao, Fire, Ceremony, Conscious Communication Exercises, Safe Sacred Space, Community Building, Soul Awakening, Unlearning, Remembering, and much more.
